save $150 through September 8th
A little more than a month left to get yer pass and save big. Get yer unlimited pass for $150 less than through kirkwood directly.
through September 8th:
$399 - for a single purchaser.
$379 - get a group of 4 people together and buy your passes in a "quad." you can use 4 separate credit cards, but you have to purchase the passes at the same time, same computer. this takes a little planning but is worth the $20 savings. If you need help coordinating, feel free to email me and I'll see if I can help with matching everybody up into groups of 4. the downside is that 4 is the magic number, not 5, 3 or 11... has to be 4. and you all have to basically complete the transaction at one computer or share your cc info.
the purchasing procedure is described in more detail in previous posts. but in a nutshell, you go here:
http://www.kirkwood.com/networkpass
then enter:
group name = epa
password = kirkwood
and follow the cues to the network pass.

Kirkwood Network Pass
Discounted Season Passes to Kirkwood for 08/09
This season I'm organizing a group purchase deal for kirkwood season passes. These are for unlimited (ie. no black out days) passes. The passes are not advertised publicly but are open to everybody, so long as you contact me for the instructions and password.
In exchange for that extra step, you get a huge discount on the purchase price. $399 = ski/ride any day this coming season. Kirkwood is currently charging $529 for the exact same pass.
for immediate instructions and more info, send a quick note to: kirkwoodnetworkpass AT gmail DOT com
And don't delay cuz this ship is sailing on Sept 15th. or at least things are getting more pricey, as follows:
deadlines:
$399 is good until September 15th (11:59pm)
$429 from September 16th until October 15th (11:59pm)
$459 from October 16th until November 15th (11:59pm)
$499 from November 16th until sale ends at 11:59pm on December 15th
as an added incentive, here are a few things kirkwood is doing better this year:
1) Emigrant Basin. Two new lifts for the 08/09 season! Lifts have been installed and should be ready to go opening day. These lifts provide access to intermediate and advanced terrain. http://www.kirkwood.com/winter/emigrantbasin.php
2) Parks. New terrain park focus for the 08/09 season. Kirkwood has hired a new park designer for the upcoming season to revamp the park scene, with new features and better layouts. Kirkwood 's upper management has made the park scene a focal point when planning and budgeting for the upcoming season.
3) Crazy pros mad huckin'. The Extremes are back! The North American Free Skiing Championship will return once again this year, the scheduled dates are March 16-22. The event will once again take place on Lookout Vista (utilizing the new lift!) and the Cirque.
4) Cheap Gas. Kirkwood Carpool Forum is going to be upgraded for the upcoming season, making it even easier than before to share a ride up to the mountain.
